I'm Laura, founder of By the Lake & Co. and the person who genuinely loves taking the moving pieces of a business and making them feel a whole lot more manageable.

As a former REALTOR®, business owner, and creative problem-solver, I understand what it's like when your business is growing but your capacity isn't. Today, I use that experience to support successful REALTOR®s and business owners with the marketing, projects, and behind-the-scenes work that keeps their businesses moving.
